Under the umbrella of the Global Network of Regional Sustainable Energy Centres (GN-SEC), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) together with the Small Island Sustainable Energy and Climate Resilience Organization (SIDS DOCK) and the United Nations Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and the Small Island Developing States (UN-OHRLLS) are organizing the high-level luncheon event “Mission Transforming Island Lives! The Network of Regional Sustainable Energy Centres for Small Island Developing States (SIDS)”. The event is scheduled to take place on the margins of the High-Level SAMOA Pathway Midterm Review on 27 September 2019 at United Nations Headquarters.
